Truth moment — nobody gives a damn about your reasons.

They may be entirely valid.

I won’t deny that.

You may have been handed some rough cards through no fault of your own… But you still have to take responsibility for that and do the best you’re capable of.

And you’re capable of more than you know… furthermore, you’re capable of increasing your capacity for what you’re capable of… if you’ll commit and actually BECOME better.

Let me ask you — what will the conversation look like at your funeral one day?

Will people gather around and say… Poor (your name). He had a hard life. He just couldn’t catch a break from one thing to the next. At least he’s in a better place now where he’s no longer suffering…

Will they list out all the reasons that you never became the man you were capable of?

Or

Will people gather around and say… (your name) was THE example of a life well-lived. He rose to the challenges, persevered in times where others would have quit and set the standard for his legacy…

My friend, will they talk about the PEASANT you were or the KING you rose to be?

Look, I firmly believe pain is a certainty… Suffering is optional.

And it’s all in your perspective… All in how you choose to frame and contextualize your life.

Here are a few of the REASONS I hear about why men are hesitant to join this program.

  • I’m worried I won’t actually get the result I want.

    • That’s why I have a guarantee… Also, if you don’t do something, you’re GUARANTEED to keep getting what you’ve always got.

  • I don’t have time.

    • Truthfully, if you don’t have time then you need this program the most. How is it that some of the world’s most productive people still find time for their health? They have 24 hours a day just like you… Time isn’t your issue… It’s priorities…

  • I’m not sure I can maintain a diet.

    • Bro — You’ve been cheating for your whole F’ing life. If you can’t maintain a 100 day commitment then that’s all the more reason to do it.

  • It will be too hard.

    • What does that even mean? You mean harder than the alternative of not feeling like you’re living up to your potential, of not being the man you could be? There is a price either way. As the saying goes, if you think being healthy is expensive… try being sick.

    • You don’t get to NOT choose…

    • Here’s a quote from Jordan Peterson on this…

    • “You’re going to pay a price for every bloody thing you do and everything you don’t do. You don’t get to choose to not pay a price. You get to choose which poison you’re going to take.”

  • It’s too expensive or I can’t afford it.

    • Let me ask you — if this program gets you the results you’re after, how much would that actually be worth to you? Because for most, it’s a hell of a lot more than I’m charging.

    • When people pay, they pay attention.

    • I’ve personally always found for myself that when the price stings a little I end up getting a far superior results because I’m INVESTED. I’m COMMITTED.

    • And that’s what it ultimately takes.

I’m not here to tell you that you “should” do this at all.
